Role overview

This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar. The role sits within Minor Hotels, an international hotel owner, operator, and investor with a portfolio of more than 530 properties across 50+ countries, including brands such as Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and TIVOLI.

As a Villa Host, you will be responsible for delivering highly personalized and prompt guest service that consistently exceeds expectations. The role calls for careful attention to detail, the ability to anticipate guest needs, and taking full ownership of the villas assigned to you. You will also supervise, guide, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest villas, while ensuring the highest professional standards are upheld at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, individualized service to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond efficiently to guest requests and needs with a proactive approach.
• Take responsibility for the villas allocated to you and ensure they are properly managed.
• Supervise and support villa upkeep, including cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Help ensure every villa delivers a premium and well-maintained guest environment.
• Contribute to the delivery of exceptional service standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent command of English.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Butler or Villa Host.
• A warm, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and resourcefulness.
• Sound judgement and strong decision-making ability.
