Key Responsibilities

• Produce captivating Instagram Reels, short videos, memes, and other social media content designed to boost audience engagement and reach.
• Edit internal video footage into fast-moving, polished content tailored for social platforms.
• Create distinctive campaign creatives, branding visuals, and design assets that align with a consistent brand identity.
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance ideation processes, editing, motion graphics, and overall content creation.
• Explore and apply current trends, narrative techniques, and innovative formats to drive beta user registrations, accelerate user base expansion, and increase social media presence.
• Work closely with company founders and team members to implement new creative concepts swiftly, with precision and detail orientation.
• Consistently deliver high-standard content within tight deadlines inherent in a start-up setting.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and social-first content, including examples of high-performing or viral videos.
• Ability to craft compelling content that enhances engagement and growth while keeping abreast of social media trends, memes, and platform best practices.
• Proactive mindset, originality in idea generation, ownership of tasks, and timely delivery of quality work.
• Experience creating content for various entities like brands, startups, or personal accounts; prior involvement with influencer collaborations is advantageous.
• Proficiency with contemporary creative software and AI-powered tools, with an enthusiasm for discovering efficient content production methods.
• Team player, adaptable, receptive to constructive feedback, with a passion for travel, lifestyle, and consumer technology.
• Aspired career progression in content and design with potential transition to full-time employment based on performance outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for part-time work, specifically from mid-July to mid-August 2026, with a three-month commitment.
• Residency in Bangalore is required due to onsite work mode.
• Applicants should possess relevant skills and interests in video editing and content creation.
• Women aiming to start or restart their career are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000, comprised of a fixed component of ₹10,000–15,000 and an incentive portion of ₹10,000–15,000.
• Internship duration is 3 months with immediate availability preferred, commencing between July 16 and August 20, 2026.
• Flexible working hours, five working days per week, and relaxed dress code.
• Participants will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation.
