Role overview
This position is for a video and content creator who enjoys producing high-end visual content from start to finish. The role combines shooting, editing, creative development, and on-location production across a range of projects, including luxury and high-quality brand work as well as personal brand building.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit videos and photos in a variety of formats, including long-form, short-form, and cinematic content.
- Develop polished video concepts for projects in the luxury and premium space, including products and well-known brands, as well as content for personal brands.
- Plan content and messaging together with the Creative Director and independently carry out shoots at different locations.
Requirements
- A strong eye for aesthetics and premium visual quality, with a clear preference for cinematic content.
- Ability to translate stories and messages into compelling visual formats that communicate effectively on their own.
- Previous experience as a videographer or content creator, supported by strong portfolio work or references.
- Willingness to work hard, a clear personal vision, and interest in building a stable long-term career with a reliable partner.
- Flexibility, openness to travel, resilience, and genuine enthusiasm for the work.
- Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to contribute creative ideas and turn them into practical project outcomes.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Enjoyment of both filming and editing, with a preference for end-to-end video production.
- A friendly, open personality that supports collaboration, shoots, and client interaction.
