Role overview

South Canterbury Toyota is hiring a full-time Vehicle Sales Assistant to join its high-performing team in Timaru, Canterbury. This position is suited to someone who is motivated, dependable and upbeat, and who enjoys supporting a busy sales operation while contributing to a strong customer experience.

What the role involves

This role sits within the Vehicle Sales team and supports the wider sales process. It is a 40-hour per week position and includes some rostered Saturdays.

• Assisting Vehicle Consultants and the in-house Finance & Insurance Manager
• Handling vehicle and sales administration tasks
• Responding to and managing customer communications
• Helping with vehicle listings and ensuring vehicles are presented well
• Supporting a smooth and professional customer journey from start to finish
