Valet Driver

Role Overview

Dalata Hotel Group is looking for a Valet Driver to help manage car park operations and support guest arrivals in Dublin 2. This role sits within a welcoming hotel environment where you will be trained through Dalata Academy, work alongside experienced colleagues, and have opportunities to develop your career over time.

What You’ll Do

• Look after the car park and hotel surroundings so guests feel safe and comfortable, while keeping service prompt and courteous.
• Deliver a professional security presence for everyone using the car park.
• Assist with valet parking for guest vehicles.
• Stay alert to health and safety requirements at all times.
• Welcome guests warmly as they reach the hotel.
• Register guests and handle their payments.
• Answer questions about hotel services and local sightseeing or tourist information.
• Protect the security of room keys.
• Keep guest details updated in the computer system.
• Accept and verify bookings for guests.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Confidence working independently as well as cooperatively within a team.
• A full driving licence.

Training and Growth
