UX Copywriter (Urdu)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled UX Copywriter with specialized experience in Hindi and Urdu to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX writing for both English and Hindi/Urdu, preferably within the banking, financial institutions, or fintech sectors. Experience working in a corporate environment, particularly within banks, and familiarity with Agile methodologies are advantageous. Prior experience in the GCC region is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft clear, concise, and engaging UX copy in English, Hindi, and Urdu for digital products and interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure a seamless user experience through effective language.
• Translate complex technical information into user-friendly language.
• Adapt tone and style to suit different user segments and product contexts.
• Conduct linguistic reviews and ensure consistency in terminology and brand voice across all user touchpoints.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Copywriter or similar role.
• Mandatory experience in UX writing for both English and Hindi/Urdu.
• Proficiency in crafting UX copy for banking, financial institutions, or fintech products is highly preferred.
• Experience working within a corporate setting, ideally in the banking sector.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Experience working within the GCC region is considered an asset.
