Role overview
This opening is for a Unit Manager position in the insurance sales domain. The role focuses on building and guiding a team to drive business growth and achieve sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Bring in and onboard a team of advisors.
- Drive business generation through the team’s efforts.
- Guide and supervise the advisor team to meet performance targets.
- Keep the team motivated and focused on target achievement.
- Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day support to team members.
- This is a payroll role and the selected candidate will be on the company’s rolls.
Candidate profile
