Clemcorp Australia is a long-established supplier of underground ventilation equipment, with its fans operating in more than 30 countries. For more than three decades, the company has supported mining businesses with practical ventilation solutions across Australia and overseas.
The organisation’s head office, engineering centre, and manufacturing facility are based in Landsdale, Western Australia. Its 20,000 sqm site is the largest dedicated fan design and assembly plant in Australia, with expertise in the design, production, hire, and supply of high-efficiency axial, centrifugal, and mixed-flow fans, ventilation control devices, and flexible ventilation ducting.
The business is looking for an Undergraduate Design Engineer to assist the Engineering team while completing an accredited engineering degree. The position offers structured involvement in engineering design, manufacturing, and documentation work within a professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work on 3D CAD modelling and drafting tasks with supervision.
- Help prepare engineering drawings and supporting documentation.
- Assist with drawing control processes and revision tracking.
- Contribute to testing, inspections, and general engineering administration.
About you
The ideal candidate is currently studying for an engineering degree and is eager to build practical experience in a technical setting.
- Enrolled in an engineering degree program.
- Careful and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to learn.
- Some exposure to CAD tools, with Creo preferred.
- Genuine interest in manufacturing and heavy engineering environments.
