Description de l'emploi
Main Objective
The role exists to support the safe conduct of aircraft operations as second in command, covering both routine and irregular situations while following the direction of the Captain, aircraft Commander, and where relevant, the First Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and input to the Captain so flights are run safely and efficiently.
- Represent the airline professionally at all times on duty, maintaining a strong standard of discipline, conduct, and personal presentation.
- Share responsibility for the care and welfare of both crew members and customers.
- Assist the Commander with correct fueling, baggage and cargo handling, and aircraft servicing.
- Carry out all duties in line with the procedures and instructions set out in the flydubai Operations Manuals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Flying hours required: 225 hours for applicants aged 20 to 34, or 1,000 hours for applicants aged 35 to 50.
- GCAA Air-law exam for foreign licence holders, ELP level 4 or higher, and proof of completed military service before joining is preferred; military exemption proof is also accepted.
- Valid ICAO 1st Class Medical Certificate, CPL/IR, and MCC for Frozen ATPL.

Information Security Requirements
The selected candidate must follow the company’s ISR policies, report any weakness or incidents to the relevant Line Manager or Information Security team, complete all mandatory ISR awareness sessions, and apply the associated guidelines in daily operations.
