Trainer – Water Systems

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Water Systems Trainer to design and deliver technical learning programs that build the capabilities of engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both classroom-based theory sessions and hands-on practical training.
• Evaluate trainee progress, performance, and technical competence.
• Organize, schedule, and coordinate training plans and related activities.
• Oversee the upkeep of training spaces, lab setups, and learning resources.
• Guide, support, and coach trainees throughout the program.
• Enhance training content, materials, and delivery methods for better learning outcomes.
• Follow applicable quality requirements and safety practices at all times.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Train the Trainer (TTT) certification is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering.
• Prior teaching, training, or instructional experience is preferred.
• Strong command of both English and Arabic.
