Role summary
The IMA Group is seeking Tier 1 Schedulers for upcoming training classes. This is a full-time remote position centered on arranging medical and psychological exam appointments while handling a steady flow of calls in a busy, service-oriented setting.
Hours are 40 per week, and the pay rate is $16 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Set up appointments for medical and psychological examinations.
- Respond to and place inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Record scheduling details accurately and keep records up to date.
- Coordinate with clients, providers, and internal staff to keep scheduling running smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
- At least 1 year of experience in clerical work, a call center, or customer service.
- Comfortable using computers and common business systems.
