Role overview
This position belongs to the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia. It is a full-time, non-management role based on-site in Almadinah Almunawwarah.

What you will do
You will manage incoming guest calls and requests, route information accurately, and support smooth communication across the hotel. The role requires handling telephone operations professionally and ensuring guests receive prompt assistance.
- Answer, log, record, and process guest calls, questions, requests, and concerns.
- Operate the telephone switchboard and manage call routing.
- Handle wake-up calls, call screening, do-not-disturb requests, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relay calls, and calls from non-registered guests.
- Relay guest messages clearly and accurately, including updating message lights in guest rooms as needed.
- Monitor unanswered or busy lines, update callers on hold, and take messages when needed.
- Guide guests on internet access and direct technical issues to the appropriate customer support line.
- Test communication equipment to confirm proper working condition.
- Respond to special requests from guests with different needs.
- Contact the relevant team member or department to solve guest issues.
- Follow up to ensure guest requests or problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Dispatch bell staff or valet staff when required.

You will be expected to follow company procedures, maintain professionalism, and contribute to a strong service culture. The job also involves using computers or POS systems, maintaining confidentiality, and handling physical tasks within light lifting limits.

- Enter and retrieve information using computer and/or POS systems.
- Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Complete other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.
