About the Role
Bharat Financial Inclusion (BFIL) is hiring a Tele Caller for its collections function in Hyderabad. The role focuses on customer outreach, repayment follow-up, digital payment support, and accurate case handling for assigned accounts.
Collections and Customer Engagement
- Make outbound calls for assigned accounts within the 1–90 DPD bucket.
- Explain outstanding dues, due dates, and available repayment choices clearly to customers.
- Meet the expected daily calling coverage and target numbers.
- Communicate in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner during every interaction.
Digital Payment Enablement
- Promote digital repayment methods such as UPI, QR, BBPS, and payment links.
- Assist customers in completing payments immediately during the call when possible.
- Track and follow up to improve same-day payment realization.
Issue Resolution and Risk Identification
- Spot possible fraud, mismatch, or discrepancy cases, as well as signs of customer distress.
- Direct customers to the correct channels for issue reporting and support.
- Record all call outcomes and customer details accurately in the CRM system.
Candidate Profile
This opportunity is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates. Prior exposure to telecalling or collections will be an added advantage. Applicants must be graduates or PUC/12th pass and should have mandatory fluency in Hindi or Bengali.
Compensation and Benefits
Graduate candidates can earn up to INR 3.5 LPA, while 12th pass candidates can earn up to INR 2.25 LPA. The package also includes medical, life, and accident insurance, along with career growth opportunities and attractive incentives.
