Technical Drafter (m/f/x)

About the role

Grob Aircraft develops more than aircraft systems; it creates the platforms used to train pilots around the world and supports the next generation of aviation technology. As part of the CA-1 Europa initiative with Helsing, the company is building a new European aircraft program and is seeking a Technical Drafter to join the engineering team and help translate design concepts into production-ready solutions.

What you will do

• Build detailed 3D aircraft models using Siemens NX for different programs.
• Prepare manufacturing documentation to support production activities.
• Revise and update existing technical drawings whenever changes are required.
• Keep technical records organized, current, and accurate.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality Management to move ideas from design to the workshop floor.

Your profile

• You have completed a technical education, such as training as a Technical Drafter, Technical Product Designer, or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring practical experience in technical drafting or a comparable position.
• You are confident working with Siemens NX.
• Experience in aerospace or lightweight construction, especially composites/CFRP, is an advantage.
• You have a strong technical mindset and work in a careful, structured, and detail-focused way.
• You work well in teams and communicate clearly.
• You can speak and write business-fluent German at above B2 level.
