Team Member for Reception, Operator, and Shift Lead

About the Role

BattleKart combines electric karting with video game-style gameplay to create an immersive entertainment experience. The company is looking for motivated people to join its team in guest reception, session operations, and shift leadership. Both part-time and full-time arrangements are available. The role offers pay starting at €14 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

You will help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for visitors while supporting day-to-day operations at the venue.

• Welcome guests warmly and look after them so their visit feels memorable.
• Oversee the smooth running of BattleKart sessions in the operator role.
• Take responsibility for shift-lead duties and help coordinate the team during your shift.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant enjoys technology, gaming, and interacting with customers. A friendly manner, strong communication, reliability, and a collaborative attitude are important. The job also requires flexibility for evening and weekend shifts. German at B2 level is the minimum requirement, while English skills are an advantage. Experience in hospitality can be useful, and knowledge of automotive mechatronics is a plus.
