About the internship
This remote internship is focused on talent acquisition support across multiple client requirements. The role involves helping with sourcing, screening, coordination, and tracking activities that keep the recruitment pipeline moving smoothly.
What you will do
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment support for several clients and a variety of roles.
- Find potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and identify applicants who match the role requirements.
- Reach out to candidates and help arrange interview slots.
- Keep candidate trackers, recruitment records, and hiring dashboards updated.
- Stay in touch with candidates throughout the hiring stages to ensure a good experience.
- Work with internal team members to align hiring priorities and timelines.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing methods and recruitment workflows.

Requirements
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- A structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven working style.
- Ability to juggle multiple hiring assignments at the same time.
- High ownership, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
- MBA, PGDM, or undergraduate students interested in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Previous internship exposure in HR or recruitment is helpful but not compulsory.
