Set on a scenic island that curves into the Arabian Gulf and located under 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the integrated resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa. About the Role

The resort is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to support its Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through multiple hiring channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct early-stage interviews, and create a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between applicants and hiring managers to keep the process efficient and well managed.
  • Carry out reference verification to confirm candidates’ background, qualifications, and work history.
  • Support onboarding by preparing offer documents, arranging orientation, and ensuring new hires have the resources they need.
  • Keep candidate records and recruitment databases current, with proper documentation of all hiring activities.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices follow local labour regulations and internal company policies.
  • Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire, and use the findings to improve recruitment performance.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other external partners.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, People & Culture, and line managers to understand workforce needs and maintain central manpower records.
  • Complete administrative recruitment tasks promptly to support manpower planning, vacancy posting, and selection activities.
  • Review and refresh selection process materials as needed.
  • Help ensure new joiners begin on schedule with all required paperwork completed correctly.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation, including cost data and candidate details.
  • Support the development and execution of attraction strategies across local, GCC/Middle East, and overseas hiring markets.
  • Keep up to date with recruitment trends and recommend improvements to hiring processes.
  • Strengthen internal and external stakeholder relationships so that everyone remains informed and aligned with recruitment procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar discipline is required.
  • Prior exposure to recruitment or human resources is preferred.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and resume databases is an advantage.
  • Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
  • High attention to detail for accurate job postings, candidate records, and documentation.
