Role overview

Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Senior Vice President of Clinic Operations to oversee the performance of its nationwide clinic network. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader will be based in Phoenix, AZ and work from the office, with roughly 50% travel across the United States.

Serenity Healthcare is a founder-led specialty medical platform that has operated for ten years, employs more than 1,000 people, and runs 40+ clinics across multiple states. The company has been expanding at roughly 100% year over year without private equity or venture capital backing. Its care model centers on in-office treatments such as TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), IV ketamine, and medication management, delivered through a consultative, education-first patient journey.

This is a build-and-scale leadership role, not a maintenance role. The person in this seat will strengthen operating systems, improve execution across regions, and help prepare the organization for the next wave of clinic growth.

What the role will lead

• Overall performance across a growing network of 40+ clinics.
• A team of Regional Directors who oversee clinic managers and site teams.
• Consistent execution of policies, procedures, and operating playbooks across every location.
• The patient education approach that supports conversion from consultation to treatment.
• Key performance indicators including patient retention, TMS conversion, staffing health, and provider satisfaction.
• Talent acquisition and development for high-performing Regional Directors and Clinic Managers.
• Ramp-up of newly opened clinics in partnership with the growth team.

Success measures

• Regions meet or exceed target metrics, and weaker-performing clinics are corrected quickly.
• Regional Directors operate with clear standards, discipline, and accountability.
• Patient retention and acceptance of key treatments continue to improve over time.
• Staff and provider turnover declines.
• New clinics reach performance benchmarks faster than previous openings.
• The leadership bench becomes stronger within six months.

Candidate profile

The company is looking for an operator with substantial multi-site leadership experience at the VP level or above. The ideal background includes responsibility for 500+ employees and 20+ locations, along with a history of improving performance, consistency, profitability, and speed of execution across a complex operation.

Serenity wants someone who is comfortable setting a demanding standard, addressing issues directly, and managing against a scorecard. The right person should also be an effective recruiter and coach, with the ability to lead teams through a consultative sales-style patient journey.

Target backgrounds

Relevant experience may come from multi-unit healthcare services such as dermatology, med spa, fertility, concierge medicine, vision, urgent care, IV therapy, or aesthetics. The team is also open to candidates from fast-growing multi-site consumer services, specialty retail operations, or similarly complex multi-state businesses.
