Supply Chain Specialist

Role overview

ALBAIK Food Systems Co. is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to help manage daily supply chain work, inventory control, warehouse coordination, procurement follow-up, and planning support.

What you will do

• Assist with everyday supply chain activities such as tracking inventory and coordinating materials.
• Work with warehouse teams to keep stock records accurate and maintain product availability.
• Support procurement tasks by coordinating with suppliers, processing purchase requests, and following up on deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to help ensure products are available on time and in the correct quantities.
• Contribute to demand planning, forecasting, and inventory improvement efforts.
• Take part in field visits and other operational work whenever business requirements call for it.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or another relevant discipline.
• Between 1 and 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or procurement.
• Prior exposure to the restaurant, QSR, retail, or food sector is an advantage.
• Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and working in a field-based environment.
• Ready to travel between locations as needed.

Additional information

This is an onsite, full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves both office and field responsibilities, and may require movement between sites depending on operational needs.
