The opportunity

This position is for a highly organised and detail-focused Supply Chain Scheduler Kits professional to join the Kit Scheduling team, supporting a case-based business across Australia. The role centres on planning and coordinating surgical kit movement so that instrument sets are prepared, available, assembled, and delivered on schedule for procedures.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Kit Rooms, and hospital staff to help maintain reliable supply and support positive patient outcomes.

Key duties

• Plan and coordinate surgical kits for upcoming procedures and cases.
• Check that instruments and stock are available to satisfy demand.
• Match bookings with inventory availability and kit room capacity.
• Develop effective working relationships with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and hospital teams.
• Respond quickly to scheduling issues or supply disruptions and work to resolve them.
• Make sure kits arrive complete and on time.
• Keep communication clear and consistent with internal teams and customers.
• Support improvements in scheduling and operational processes.
• Work in line with quality, compliance, and operational requirements.

• Background in healthcare, medical devices, or a case-based operating environment.
• Understanding of quality and compliance procedures.
