Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position suits a professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations who wants to contribute to both efficient execution and insight-led decision-making.
The role combines hands-on coordination of logistics activities with business analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to help improve service levels, cost efficiency, and overall supply chain effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate supply chain and logistics activities from start to finish.
- Handle shipments, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution workflows.
- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to keep deliveries on schedule.
- Watch inventory levels and help with demand planning and replenishment needs.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and look for ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen service performance.
- Create routine operational and business performance reports.
- Review sales, inventory, procurement, and logistics information to support informed business decisions.
- Build dashboards and analytical reports that give management clear, actionable insights.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning efforts.
- Follow company policies and ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations.
- Partner with teams across Sales, Finance, and Operations to support business goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Prior exposure to business analytics, reporting, or data analysis work.
- Strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Advanced Excel capability, including pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis tools; Power BI or comparable reporting tools will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to juggle several priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with sound interpersonal ability.
- Fluent English is required.
- French is highly preferred.
- Arabic is considered an added advantage.
