Role overview
We are looking for a highly detail-focused Supply Chain Analyst to strengthen day-to-day supply chain performance through data-driven analysis, process improvements, and forward-looking planning. This position is centered on helping improve inventory control, raise operational efficiency, and deliver insights that support broader business goals.
What you will do
- Review and interpret supply chain information across inventory, procurement, transportation, and distribution activities.
- Track performance indicators and prepare recurring management reports.
- Spot patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities to lower costs and improve processes.
- Support forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization efforts.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, operations, and warehouse teams.
- Create and update dashboards, reports, and data visualization materials.
- Help assess supplier performance and overall operational efficiency.
- Keep supply chain records accurate and well organized.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organization.
- Ability to work on your own and handle several priorities at once.
- Careful attention to detail and data accuracy.
Preferred background
- Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations analysis.
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Understanding of inventory control and demand planning practices.
Location and employment
This is a full-time, onsite position based in the United States.
