The workspace can be tight, shelving may be high, and the role requires frequent standing, quick movement, and accurate work under pressure.
Team members must be able to prepare both hot and cold foods, use a Chinese chef knife and other kitchen tools, communicate clearly, adapt to changing priorities, handle conflict constructively, stand for long periods, reach across 36-inch countertops, and lift up to 50 lbs.
