Stock Administrator, HSR

Role overview

This position is focused on keeping stock movement, inventory accuracy, and warehouse processes running smoothly for the store. The role supports day-to-day stock handling, reporting, and coordination across warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all stock movements into and out of the store warehouse, including deliveries, transfers, returns, stock reductions, and display-related changes.
• Monitor inventory levels closely and flag product status, especially when items are out of stock or when inventory levels are unusually high.
• Manage general stock control and cycle counting, while coordinating warehouse operations, Cegid movements, scanning, and checks for stock discrepancies.
• Assist with price tag updates and make sure all changes are accurate.
• Compile stock reports for management review.
• Take on any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and capabilities

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or stock administration within a relevant industry.
• Ability to work independently with a strong eye for detail and good organizational skills.
• Comfortable working as part of a team and communicating clearly with others.
• Strong command of English.
• Proficiency with computers, including MS Excel, Word, and typing.
