Role overview
Welcome Break is hiring a Starbucks Supervisor for its Charnock Richard site in PR7 5LR. This position does not require motorway driving. An immediate start is available, and the role can be offered with either full-time or part-time hours.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who wants to grow into management or take the next step from existing retail, catering, team leader, or supervisor experience. You will help run a busy café environment, support colleagues during shifts, and make sure customers receive a consistently strong experience.

- Helping manage the day-to-day running of a busy Starbucks outlet.
- Supporting and motivating the team during shifts.
- Leading by example and maintaining high standards on the shop floor.
- Making sure customer service stays consistently strong.
- Building practical leadership experience with guidance from supportive managers.
- Contributing to the wider development of the site and your own career progression.

Pay and benefits
The pay for this position can be up to £13.69 per hour, plus a £10 meal allowance for every shift.
