Description de l'emploi
Role overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity with a private equity-backed global business that is in the middle of significant change and integration. The role is built around enterprise value creation, with responsibility for guiding transformation, merger integration, and corporate development efforts that affect profitability, synergy capture, and long-term expansion. You will partner closely with executive leaders to turn strategic priorities into clear execution plans across multiple functions and shared services. The position calls for strong analytical thinking, hands-on leadership, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, PE-oriented setting.
You will also be expected to lead people, strengthen operating models, and help establish governance structures that support scalable delivery and measurable outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end transformation, integration, and corporate development programs, including scope, governance, staffing, timelines, and measurable value delivery across several simultaneous initiatives in a PE-backed environment.
- Manage synergy monitoring, headcount alignment, and financial reconciliation, maintaining data accuracy across HR and finance systems while finding and correcting gaps that could reduce value realization.
- Direct merger integration activities such as TSA oversight, KPI monitoring, and stage-gate governance so that workstreams stay aligned with strategic and financial goals.
- Create and maintain sophisticated financial models, valuation tools, and business cases to support executive decisions, forecasting, and tracking of synergy realization.
- Prepare Board, Steering Committee, and ELT materials that convert complex analysis into concise strategic recommendations and clear business narratives.
- Support corporate development work including target evaluation, diligence support, synergy modeling, and integration planning for Day 1 and Day 100 readiness.
- Run the operating rhythm and performance reporting across business lines, surfacing risks, leakage, and opportunities to improve operations.
- Coach and manage direct reports and cross-functional teams, encouraging accountability, analytical discipline, and strong delivery across all initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 to 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, transformation, or program/project management.
- Hands-on background in M&A integration, post-merger synergy capture, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong capability in financial modeling and analysis, including scenario-based modeling and valuation work.
- Experience in PE-backed companies, Integration Management Offices, or Value Creation Offices is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage several workstreams at the same time.
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to turn detailed analysis into practical, action-oriented insights.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise reporting or BI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong leadership presence, structured problem-solving ability, and an execution-focused mindset.
Benefits
- Competitive annual compensation of approximately USD 158,300 to USD 168,300, depending on location and experience.
- Potential performance-based compensation in line with senior leadership scope.
- Full health coverage with medical, dental, and vision plans.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan.
- Flexible spending account and health savings account options.
- Short-term and long-term disability insurance.
- Life insurance and supplemental insurance options.
- Remote work flexibility anywhere within the United States.
- Exposure to major enterprise transformation and M&A work in a PE-backed environment.
- Opportunity to grow as a leader with direct people management responsibilities.
