Specialist Trainer

Role Summary

MarketStar is hiring a Specialist Trainer for its Hyderabad team. This position is designed for an experienced training professional who can strengthen technical capability, improve team performance, and help deliver strong client experiences. The role focuses on supporting teams that assist advertisers with code implementation and campaign setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver training programs and instructional sessions that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
• Study learning gaps and create training content, plans, and interventions to address them.
• Run onboarding sessions and technical orientation for new joiners.
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify skill gaps in current employees and arrange targeted training.
• Create programs that close competency gaps and strengthen team capability.
• Facilitate recurring workshops and refreshers on code types, workflows, and related processes.
• Measure training impact, maintain training records, and prepare outcome reports.
• Keep up to date with product updates, process improvements, tools, and industry best practices.
• Assess new products, features, and functionality, including feasibility, recommendations, and rollout planning.
• Coach and develop team members to improve domain knowledge and troubleshooting ability.

Good-to-Have Experience

• Exposure to instructional design and curriculum development.
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and blended learning methods.
• Professional training or coaching certification such as CPTD or an equivalent credential.
• Experience in operations and quality-related environments.
• Comfort with data-based evaluation of training effectiveness and improvement planning.
