Description de l'emploi

About the Company

TensorWave is building a cloud platform designed to provide AI compute that is dependable, secure, resilient, and simple to use at scale. The goal is to remove infrastructure friction so builders can concentrate on creating breakthrough AI products instead of spending time wrestling with tooling.

Role Overview

TensorWave is hiring a Front End Software Engineer to help shape its dashboards for both customers and internal users during a period of rapid growth. This role centers on creating fast, accessible, and scalable interfaces with TypeScript, React, and shadcn/ui, with a strong emphasis on state handling, performance, and real-time GPU telemetry visualization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a modular frontend foundation in TypeScript and React that stays consistent across dashboard experiences.
  • Create reusable, high-performance UI components and libraries with shadcn/ui to support speed of delivery and design consistency.
  • Use advanced state-management and performance techniques to support live GPU telemetry and data-dense visualizations.
  • Set and uphold frontend quality practices, including accessibility standards, automated testing, and documentation.
  • Work closely with backend engineers to ensure smooth data exchange, dependable integrations, and responsive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert detailed mockups into polished, intuitive interfaces.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to keep frontend direction aligned with broader platform objectives.
  • Coach junior engineers through reviews, pairing, and shared learning to strengthen team capability and craftsmanship.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of front-end engineering experience with strong command of TypeScript and React.
  • Proven track record of designing and building complex web applications from the ground up, with attention to modularity and reuse.
  • Strong understanding of browser rendering behavior, performance profiling, and optimization for high-density applications.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful or gRPC APIs and managing asynchronous workflows and complex application state.
  • Solid commitment to quality through automated testing at unit, integration, and end-to-end levels, plus disciplined code review practices.

Preferred Background

  • Experience building dashboards for HPC, AI, or cloud infrastructure with real-time telemetry, including WebSockets or streaming APIs.
  • Exposure to component libraries such as shadcn/ui or Radix UI, along with styling systems like Tailwind CSS.
  • Familiarity with charting or visualization tools such as Recharts, D3.js, or Victory, or with canvas-based rendering approaches.
  • Working knowledge of backend systems, especially Go, or cloud monitoring tools such as AWS and Prometheus.

What Success Looks Like

  • You create a reusable component library and design system that shortens the delivery cycle for new dashboard features.
  • You ship interfaces that feel fast and intuitive while helping users analyze complex GPU telemetry effectively.
  • You become a dependable technical leader who improves engineering standards and actively mentors teammates.
  • You help connect frontend and backend work in a way that improves reliability, scalability, and developer experience.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Stock options.
  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees.
  • Company contributions to a Health Savings Account.
  • Fully paid short-term and long-term disability insurance for employees.
  • Life insurance and optional supplemental insurance coverage.
  • Additional coverage options, including pet and legal insurance.
  • Supplementary health support such as discounted virtual healthcare visits and serious illness assistance.
  • Flexible Spending Account.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Paid holidays.
  • Parental leave.
  • Other in-office perks.
