Social Media Specialist

Role Overview

Fioreva Studio in Doha is looking for a Social Media Specialist who can help shape and expand the digital footprint of client brands across several social channels. This is a full-time, on-site role suited to someone who is both imaginative and highly organized.

Core Duties

• Oversee day-to-day activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the content calendar.
• Track audience engagement and respond to community interactions where needed.
• Compile monthly reports that summarize performance and key metrics.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and the wider content team to keep production on schedule.
• Manage on-set content execution during photoshoots using approved mood boards and shot lists.
• Keep up with evolving social media trends, tools, and platform changes.

Required Background

The ideal candidate should bring at least 2 years of experience in social media management, along with a strong grasp of platform behavior and analytics. Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and content scheduling tools is expected. The role also calls for clear communication skills, the ability to work efficiently in a busy agency setting, and fluency in English; Arabic would be an added advantage.

Hiring is expected to be completed within the next week. Only applicants who are currently based in Doha will be considered.
