Role Overview

Repair Official is seeking a hands-on and imaginative social media content creator for its Al Ain, Abu Dhabi location. This full-time role is suited to someone who follows digital trends closely, enjoys producing engaging content, and knows how to connect with audiences across social platforms.

Work Schedule

Full-time position
Six working days per week, with Saturday as the weekly day off
Daily working hours: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook
Handle the planning, filming, and posting of social media material
Brainstorm campaign concepts, promotional ideas, and everyday content themes
Interact with followers through comments, direct messages, and other interactive formats
Keep track of current social media trends and adapt content accordingly
Coordinate closely with the marketing and design teams
Review content results and engagement metrics to improve performance
Assist with photo shoots, video shoots, and wider marketing initiatives

Requirements

Ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English is required
Prior experience in social media management and content creation
Experience with Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram, as well as Snapchat Ads, is considered an advantage
Understanding of campaign improvement methods and performance analysis
Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas
Comfortable appearing on camera and taking initiative
Practical skills in photo and video editing
