Overview
This role is for a full-time content creator working in a hybrid setup in New York, NY. The annual compensation for the position is $120,000. The employer is hiring on behalf of a client that helps e-commerce brands protect intellectual property and recover lost market share by using automation to detect and address creative asset misuse and brand infringement.
The selected person will act as a visible brand representative, combining influencer-style on-camera presence with strong storytelling and digital content production skills. The role centers on building engaging visual content that supports brand growth across social and social-adjacent channels.
Responsibilities
- Create polished photo and video assets for marketing initiatives, social campaigns, and other brand communication needs.
- Shape and maintain a consistent visual style and on-camera persona that reflects company brand standards.
- Partner with marketing teammates to develop creative materials for lead generation efforts, webinars, and online or live events.
- Produce and edit both short-form and long-form video content, including promos, product walkthroughs, interviews, and social-first pieces.
- Manage the complete production workflow, from concept development and scripting through editing, motion graphics, and sound alignment.
- Serve as an active contact for the online community by responding to followers and supporting audience engagement.
- Keep up with content trends, platform changes, and new tools to improve reach and creative quality.
- Maintain an orderly digital archive of media files, templates, footage, and finished work.
- Follow company policies and complete work in a professional manner.
- Take on other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Experience working as a content creator, influencer, or in a comparable digital marketing and on-camera role.
- Solid understanding of audience engagement, social media algorithms, typography, layout principles, and video editing basics.
- Hands-on ability with content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or mobile editing tools.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle several projects, manage timelines, and deliver work in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational discipline.
- Comfort working independently in a hybrid arrangement while contributing to a team-based marketing function.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new tools, workflows, and technologies that improve content production efficiency.
- Professional judgment and discretion when handling company-related initiatives.
Compensation
The compensation for this position is $120,000 per year.
