Role Summary
The Site Head for F&B will oversee day-to-day cafeteria operations at the site, coordinate with internal teams, manage vendors, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and track everyday cafeteria operations, including food and beverage service activities.
- Handle product ordering and respond to queries related to HungerBox offerings.
- Identify client requirements and ensure they are addressed with support from city and central teams.
- Manage site-level escalations with assistance from the operations team and drive them to closure.
- Conduct regular client interactions and meetings, share updates on changes implemented, and work toward improving the overall user experience.
- Supervise food vendors effectively to ensure compliance with HungerBox policies and expected service levels.
Experience
