Position summary

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day work at project locations, keeping activities aligned with timelines, budget limits, quality standards, safety practices, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily site operations so that work progresses as planned and stays within the approved schedule and budget.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and designers to confirm that materials and workmanship meet expected standards.
• Carry out routine checks to track progress and verify adherence to safety rules and design requirements.
• Identify on-site issues quickly and help remove blockers or delays to keep the workflow steady.
• Keep detailed documentation of material consumption, labour time, and project status updates.
• Share progress reports and flag any concerns to the project management team.
• Ensure execution follows company policies as well as client expectations.

Qualifications and requirements

Candidates should have experience in site supervision and measurement, ideally in home interiors or construction. A solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and applicable regulations is important. The role also calls for strong organisation, problem-solving ability, the capacity to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 300000 to INR 500000.
