Role overview
SES Corporation is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to support IT infrastructure operations across Tier 1 help desk, Tier 2 end-user support, and Tier 3 server, platform, and network engineering functions. The role centers on keeping the ServiceNow environment aligned with business requirements while supporting incident resolution, service requests, monitoring, and lifecycle activities.
What you will do
- Configure, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow platform in support of Tier 1 through Tier 3 service delivery.
- Manage workflows, service catalog items, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
- Build custom applications and automate business processes.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and user-facing support materials.
- Provide training and ongoing support to platform users.
- Look for ways to improve processes and strengthen system reliability.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow sustainment and platform best practices.
Program details
The engagement supports IT infrastructure services that include help desk operations, end-user support, server/platform/network engineering, technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues, incident and problem management, service request handling, infrastructure monitoring, and hardware/software lifecycle support. It also involves coordinating escalations across all support tiers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow or in a comparable platform administration role.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Ability to obtain or already hold a public trust security clearance.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM is preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with tracking process metrics and improving operational effectiveness.
