Responsibilities
- Inspect and install pest control and home-protection systems.
- Work as part of a technician crew to complete assigned service jobs.
- Perform attic and crawlspace work, including insulation and encapsulation tasks.
- Carry out light carpentry-related tasks when needed.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
- Take care of company equipment and submit service notes or reports using a handheld device.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay is $20+ per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

- Comfortable working outdoors and in demanding conditions, including varied weather, confined spaces, and rooftops.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience using a metal brake to shape or bend metal components.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to earn a state pesticide license within 90 days; training is covered by the company.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working safely in attics or crawlspaces.
- Must wear required PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator.
