Description de l'emploi
The role
The Service System Navigator is a leadership position located within each Orange Door site. Reporting to the Hub Manager, this role focuses on bringing local partners together around shared priorities and identifying new ways to work with services so people seeking safety and support can access the right help. It is responsible for building and maintaining service interface arrangements with key organisations across the local network, following statewide guidance.
Working closely with the Hub Manager, Practice Leaders, local service partners and governance groups, the Service System Navigator helps improve access to services and the ability to respond effectively to diverse communities. The role also assists practitioners within The Orange Door to provide joined-up, integrated service responses and takes the lead in spotting and resolving interface issues between services in the local area.
Key accountabilities
- Create and sustain service interface agreements, local arrangements and operating protocols with important services across the local area and the wider service network.
- Work in partnership with the local service sector to find ways to close service gaps and address challenges linked to service delivery.
- Track service engagement, connection activity and service capacity, then identify current and emerging barriers and respond with practical solutions.
