Role Overview
This role is part of the Accounts Payable service desk function and serves as the first point of contact for vendors and employees. The associate will triage incoming queries, resolve basic issues independently, and direct more complex matters to the right team within the Business Services Center. The position requires working within defined controls while helping the team meet or exceed service commitments, KPIs, and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle vendor and employee questions as the first line of support, resolving simple issues on your own or routing more complex cases to the right Accounts Payable team member.
- Support queries across Accounts Payable, payments processing, and Travel & Expenses.
- Help ensure service performance aligns with agreed KPIs and SLAs for the operating companies served by the Business Services Center.
- Follow internal control procedures and compliance requirements carefully during every interaction and transaction.
- Work closely with the Service Management team to understand, track, and implement SLA expectations effectively.
- Manage customer and supplier escalations according to the agreed escalation process, maintaining discipline and pushing back where processes are not being followed.
Work Location and Timing
- Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
- Shift: Early morning / APAC shift.
- Working hours: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST.
- Transport support: Company-provided early morning home pick-up is included.
- Candidates should be prepared to commute to the Airoli location and work the assigned early morning schedule.
