Senior Training Officer

Role Purpose

In this position, you will join the HR department within Training and Development and contribute to training and Saudization activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training requirements by reviewing job roles, performance evaluations, and input from managers.
• Plan and organize both in-house and external learning sessions.
• Measure training outcomes using participant feedback and performance indicators.
• Oversee the training budget and keep training documentation up to date.
• Work closely with department leaders to ensure learning initiatives support business objectives.

Profile and Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and has 2 to 4 years of experience in Training and Development. Strong English and Arabic language skills are required. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities, is also expected.

Additional Requirements

Some travel within Saudi Arabia will be required.
