Role overview

The Senior Technical Business Analyst will sit at the centre of AI transformation, helping connect business needs with engineering and product execution. The role is suited to someone who is comfortable with complexity, can work through uncertainty, and knows how to convert strategy into clear, actionable delivery plans. You will shape discovery, define requirements, support prioritisation, and help delivery teams move quickly and confidently.

What you will do

• Run workshops, uncover business needs, and translate business goals into practical user stories for AI Co-Workers.
• Review data, operational processes, and workflow patterns to guide decisions and lower delivery risk.
• Work closely with senior leaders to support prioritisation, clarity, and alignment on direction.
• Help engineers and product teams remove blockers so they can deliver efficiently and with confidence.
• Develop strong knowledge of Future Secure AI’s platform capabilities and contribute to the evolution of new features and use cases.
• Work within a squad handling 2 to 3 use cases at the same time.

What the employer is looking for

The ideal candidate is an experienced technical BA who wants to play a central role in AI change rather than observing from the sidelines. You should be able to work with urgency, bring order to complexity, communicate clearly, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• At least 8 years of experience in technical business analysis, ideally in enterprise, consulting, or product-led settings.
• Proven leadership in complex technology, AI, data, or automation initiatives.
• Experience in automation, UI/UX, and project management is highly desirable.
• Strong capability in workshop facilitation and requirements gathering.
• Good understanding of SDLC, compliance, risk, and enterprise delivery principles is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced agile teams.
• Ability to shape messages, influence outcomes, and guide senior stakeholders effectively.
