Role Overview
An established main contractor in the region is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Manager to lead planning and project controls across major engineering and construction programs. The role will focus on high-value developments, including projects valued at SAR 1 billion and above, within Riyadh.
What You Will Handle
- Lead planning and project controls activities for large engineering and construction assignments.
- Manage baseline schedules, tracking, and performance reporting for mega-projects.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to keep delivery aligned with project objectives.
- Support time-related contractual matters such as extension of time submissions and claims.
- Carry out schedule delay investigations using forensic methods on complex projects.
Candidate Profile
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is required.
- You should bring more than 20 years of experience in planning and project controls.
- Background with leading MENA contractors is essential.
- Advanced capability in Primavera P6, including cost-loaded and resource-loaded baselines, is expected.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end baseline governance and progress tracking on mega-projects is needed.
- Strong experience supporting EOT and claim preparation is important.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
Compensation
The salary offered can go up to SAR 50,000.
