The organisation has completed more than 70,000 IVF cycles and welcomed over 20,000 healthy babies, combining clinical expertise, compassionate patient care, and modern technology.
Role Summary
This position is focused on end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring needs. The role demands strong coordination, fast turnaround time, and the ability to consistently meet hiring and onboarding goals in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a minimum of 20 to 30 successful onboardings each month.
- Own the full recruitment cycle for bulk and mass hiring requirements.
- Recruit for multiple positions within strict timelines and high-volume demand.
- Source candidates from job portals, social platforms, referrals, and direct field sourcing.
- Review profiles, shortlist suitable applicants, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and recruitment targets.
- Track progress against daily, weekly, and monthly hiring goals.
- Conduct first-round HR interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Keep candidate records and recruitment trackers updated and accurate.
- Manage offer communication, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and maintain a ready talent pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
- Support walk-in drives, campus hiring, and recruitment campaigns whenever needed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, particularly in bulk hiring or volume hiring. A strong record of meeting hiring targets is important, along with excellent communication, persuasion, and coordination abilities. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-oriented setting.

Any graduate can apply. Immediate joiners are preferred, and candidates with a short notice period will also be considered favorably.
