Senior Executive - Projects (Kerala)

Role overview

This position is focused on delivering new outlet launches and renovation assignments across Kerala. The selected professional will coordinate with internal stakeholders, outside partners, and service providers to keep work moving on schedule, within the approved budget, and aligned with brand and quality expectations.

Project execution

• Take ownership of store fit-out and refurbishment work from the site handover stage through to store opening.
• Track schedules closely so each activity finishes within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Make regular site visits to review progress and remove execution bottlenecks.

Site coordination

• Work with Design, Business Development, Procurement, Operations, and MEP teams to keep project delivery smooth.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, landlords, and vendors to achieve milestones on time.
• Confirm that the site is ready before it is handed over to Operations.

Quality and compliance

• Check that workmanship matches approved drawings, specifications, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms, legal/statutory obligations, and company SOPs.
• Identify pending defects and close them before the outlet opens.

Reporting and documentation

• Compile progress updates, MIS reports, and execution status notes.
• Keep project files, approvals, and handover documentation updated and organized.
• Highlight risks, delays, and escalations to the Regional Projects Head in a timely manner.

Qualifications and experience

Applicants should hold a B.Tech in Civil, a Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a B.Arch. The role calls for 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in project execution, interior fit-outs, or store development. Prior exposure to QSR, retail, hospitality, commercial fit-outs, or interior projects is preferred. A working understanding of civil work, interiors, and MEP coordination is important. The position also requires readiness to travel extensively across Kerala.
