ClearDesk is hiring a Home Care Scheduler to support a U.S.-based home care client from a fully remote setup. In this role, you will bring structure to busy schedules, respond quickly to changes, and help ensure caregivers and clients stay informed and supported. What You'll Do

  • Keep caregiver schedules organized and current across several counties.
  • Act fast when shifts are cancelled, missed, or otherwise disrupted.
  • Handle incoming calls from caregivers and clients through a VoIP system.
  • Enter updates and case notes into WellSky; training will be provided.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to identify problems and maintain smooth staffing coverage.
  • Carry out regular caregiver check-ins and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare weekly reports and share updates with leadership.
  • Support administrative tasks and assist with light recruitment work when scheduling activity is lighter.
