What the role involves

  • Build and support end-to-end delivery for SuccessFactors Compensation work, including design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Partner with business users and IS teams in cross-functional project environments to drive critical initiatives and prioritization.
  • Use system development practices to install, update, test, maintain, and document software or configuration changes.
  • Coordinate with other analysts and SAP functional leads where changes affect multiple functions.
  • Create functional and technical specifications independently for solution design.
  • Provide second-level support for SAP questions not resolved by internal super users.
  • Investigate SAP issues, work with external support teams, and oversee testing and rollout of fixes or workarounds.
  • Contribute to project planning, budget estimates, and delivery of project tasks and milestones.
  • Support HR processes such as core HR data management, performance, and compensation.
  • Participate in talent management or core HR platform implementations.
  • Work with data analysis, including translation and transformation of datasets.
  • Provide training and upskilling support to the team.
  • Prepare request-for-proposal responses based on client requirements.
  • Work in multi-national, multi-site, multi-state, and multi-functional environments.
  • Use role-based permission concepts and story reports/workforce analytics knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors Compensation and Onboarding 2.0.
  • At least 2 years of HR domain experience preferred.
  • Experience with at least one implementation project and more than two support projects.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors EC, Compensation, or ONB is required.
  • Good understanding of business processes and the ability to learn business context independently.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and capability to resolve client-raised issues.
  • Ability to interpret functional design and convert it into solutions.
  • Experience gathering enhancement requirements from clients.
  • Ability to draft or update functional design documents.
  • Ability to build test plans and test scripts for upgrades and patches.
  • Solid project management skills and understanding of Agile delivery.
  • Strong organization and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR processes such as core HR, performance, and compensation.
  • Experience in implementing talent management or core HR platforms.
  • Knowledge of role-based permissions.
