What You Will Do

The Front-End Sanitation Operator will be responsible for essential tasks including waste management, collection, and proper disposal. This role is crucial for maintaining the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of various areas including the Kitchen, locker rooms, break areas, restrooms, offices, and meeting spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, surface wiping, and trash removal.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning tools and solutions for all assigned tasks.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, such as ice cream machines, as required.
• Monitor and manage inventory for sanitation supplies, reporting needs to management.
• Communicate restroom and kitchen supply levels to front desk personnel and restock as necessary.
• Collect and transport trash from all office and common areas to the designated disposal site.
• Adhere to a 12-hour shift schedule.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a janitorial or sanitation role is preferred.
• Must be able to consistently stand for extended periods, push a cart, and perform bending motions.
• Adherence to all company policies and guidelines outlined in the Team Member Handbook is expected.

Additional Information

The pay rate for this position is $21.69 per hour. The work schedule involves 12-hour shifts with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, offering a good work-life balance.
