About the Role

Canva is looking for a Sales Systems Business Analyst to support the systems and processes that help sellers work efficiently. This position sits within the GTM Systems team and focuses on the Lead to Opportunity journey, with an emphasis on improving productivity, reducing manual effort, and strengthening the tools used by the sales organization.

The role is based in Austin, Texas, which serves as Canva’s US operations hub. Canva offers flexibility in where and how work is done, with the expectation that team members balance their working style in a way that supports both individual and team goals.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Contributing to features in the Lead to Opportunity area of the GTM Systems team, with support from the wider team.
  • Partnering with teams such as Sales Ops, Customer Success, Partner Ops, and Finance to translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Identifying friction in everyday workflows and helping remove obstacles that slow down sellers.
  • Exploring practical ways to use AI to speed up work, simplify seller processes, and cut down on manual tasks.
  • Collaborating with senior admins and developers to configure solutions for Accounts, Opportunities, and related Salesforce objects.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining advanced Flows and automations.
  • Supporting strong data quality and following platform governance standards.
  • Preparing test cases and assisting stakeholders during UAT sessions.
  • Responding to day-to-day system questions, helping unblock workflows, and growing into a trusted Salesforce admin support contact.
