Role Overview

The Sales Support Specialist (Saudi Talent) position is based in Dammam and focuses on providing day-to-day administrative and operational assistance to the sales team. The role helps ensure sales activities and customer-related workflows run smoothly, while maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, handling inquiries, organizing documentation, and strengthening overall sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Collect, maintain, and review sales data and performance reports.
  • Handle customer and prospect queries promptly and professionally.
  • Arrange sales meetings, conferences, and related events.
  • Assist sales staff with presentations, sales collateral, customer orders, and contract papers.
  • Organize and safeguard sales files, records, and documents.

Requirements

  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, accounts receivable, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
