  • Maintain day-to-day communication with overseas factories about samples, timing, approvals, and any necessary corrections.

  • Handle the full sales cycle, from first outreach through order placement, follow-up, and ongoing account management.

  • Coordinate across design, sourcing, and production teams to keep programs moving smoothly.
  • Track costing, timelines, sourcing options, and production requirements throughout development and manufacturing.
