Jo and Jax is hiring an entry-level Sales Operations & Development Administrator to support its Teamwear Sales department in Pleasant Grove, UT. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who is highly organized, self-driven, and eager to grow into sales operations, business development, client support, or related account-focused roles.

The role is designed to improve day-to-day sales efficiency while also building future capacity in sales development. The person in this position will help keep sales data and workflows organized, assist with lead and client preparation, and contribute to process improvements across the department.
