Role Overview
Nuvei is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join its growing SDR function in Sydney. In this position, you will help accelerate product distribution by identifying new outbound opportunities and qualifying incoming leads. You will report to the SDR Manager and play a key part in building pipeline for the business development team.

With a presence in more than 200 markets, local acquiring in 50 markets, support for 150 currencies, and 700 alternative payment methods, the company helps clients operate locally and internationally through one integration.

Responsibilities
- Create new sales pipeline for Business Development Managers through inbound and outbound outreach.
- Build a strong understanding of the company’s products and clearly communicate their value to prospective and existing customers.
- Manage time well, stay organized, and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and support the onboarding of new clients.
- Reach out proactively to potential and current customers and develop long-term relationships.
- Show initiative in attracting new business opportunities.
- Strengthen market awareness by carrying out independent research.
- Use sales tools to prospect outbound leads and support lead development.
- Keep the pipeline organized and provide updates to the line manager.
Requirements
- Some background in sales, customer-facing work, or internship-based experience.
- Proven success in competitive settings.
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally and share useful market or industry information.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good phone, writing, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn, improve, and perform well.
